Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders for personalised accessories are processed and crafted within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Doorstep Delivery: 2-5 business days — R75 (Free for orders over R600)

PUDO Locker: 2-5 business days — R50 (Free for orders over R600). Package will be delivered to the nearest PUDO locker.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your custom accessory arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Eclipsecustomstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you.
